Textile Sculpture

Fabric and mixed media sculptures includes wirework, woodwork, fabric hardener and hand painting. I like to incorporate the use of fabric scraps where possible.

Embellishment

I am proficient in the embellishment of costume including free-motion and hand embroidery and beading.

Textile Printing

I have experience of screen printing, eco printing, lino cutting and printing.

Breaking Down and Ageing

During my time at university I have experimented with breaking down and ageing and am now confident to incorporate this into full costumes.

Dyeing

I am a skilled and knowledgeable dyer with a passion for natural dyes which has led to the creation of a natural dye garden at my home studio.
